Staff Development as a Key to Success

We offer opportunities for employees’ professional development through a variety of programs. In addition to individualized training, AGRANA offers annual in-house programmes for personal development. For example, this is done through international workshops and strategy meetings for promising junior managers-in-training that give participants the opportunity to discuss the Group’s strategies directly with AGRANA’s Management Board and with the managing directors of the operating companies.


The Group also conducts cross-segment seminars – such as intercultural training – that focus on building soft skills.

 

Our dedication to employee training is also reflected in the intensive apprenticeship program in Austria and the introduction of similar systems abroad. The most prevalent apprenticeship occupations are in the fields of mechanical, electrical and chemical technology.
