Join the Global Sustainability Team in AGRANA Fruit and be part of an exciting global team of passionate individuals! We are looking for a Sustainability Analyst (m/f/d) to support us in the area of data collection, analysis, international sustainability initiatives and collaboration within our team. This position is full time and available as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

As member of the Global Sustainability Team, which is directly mandated with all AGRANA Fruit sustainability topics by the management board...

  • You are collecting and analysing sustainability data on environmental (energy, water, waste) and social (social audits, social initiatives) topics, using AGRANA Fruit’s data collection tools and platforms.
  • You are engaging with our production sites globally to monitor and collect data for specific environmental and social projects.
  • You are supporting the team with updating and improving internal sustainability documentation and contributing to external sustainability reporting and communication.
  • You are working closely with the Global Director Quality & Sustainability and with the Global Sustainability Team on sustainability projects and day-to-day activities.

Your profile:

  • You bring an open-minded, ready-to-learn attitude with a passion for sustainability
  • You have a solid understanding of sustainability topics and global issues that for profit organisations are facing; an education path in the fields of environmental and/ or social topics is preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position, with the aim to develop a career in sustainability
  • Excellent analytical skills demonstrated in an organisational set-up
  • Structured, organised, solution-oriented and with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, in an international environment.
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Proven oral and written communication skills – and a passion for convincing others
  • Excellent MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook); experience with other database software is a benefit
  • Willingness to take over more responsibilities
  • Excellent level of English is a must; other languages are beneficial
  • Willingness to travel is a must

  • Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 30.828,70 gross per year. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries.
