We are a great, international team, based in Vienna and are looking for a dedicated and self-organized person with high interest in accounting, analytical topics and project management who wants to join us in the position as Junior Division Accountant with project focus (m/f/d).

Location: Vienna, Austria

As a member of the Division Fruit Finance & Legal Team, you will gain experience with market-leading tools and analytics (SAP S/4 Hana) and assist in the exciting process of a system implementation. Your contribution will play a key role in helping to spread finance expertise across the global finance teams in Division Fruit. Additionally, you will focus on enhancing the finance data quality as well as process & systems landscape.

Your taks:

• You support the accounting stream of global finance projects (e.g. implementation S/4 HANA, master-data and process harmonization, SAP month end closing cockpit, credit management tool, etc.)                   
• Perform project-related activities, like planning, communicating, follow-ups and change management                    
• Organize and conduct internal finance calls and trainings (e.g. Monthly Division Accounting Call, Master Data Governance, IFRS and SAP related topics, etc.)
• You review and approve SAP change requests and help to coordinate their implementation in cooperation with Corporate IT department
• Provide methodological and technical support to subsidiaries regarding accounting and IFRS topics
• Reconcile accounting figures, ensure data consistency and validate deviations with countries
• Assist the Division Finance & Legal team with daily activities as well as with the preparation of meeting presentations
• Support in the coordination of the European Accounts Payable Shared Service Center

Your profile:

• You successfully completed your business education (HAK, HLW, HBLA) or University degree in Business Administration or similar field of studies, or are about to complete it soon
• Professional experience in finance or accounting is beneficial
• Ideally SAP experience (finance modules) and good Excel knowledge for data analyses (pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.)
• Highly motivated and communicative team player with the ability to understand commercial correlations, paired with a flair for numbers and a proactive “can do” attitude
• Analytical, very well structured, and solution-oriented style of working
• Well-developed project management skill, including communication with different stakeholders and ensuring a proper follow-up of projects and that deadlines are met.
• English (both written and verbal) is a must, any other language – particularly German – is an advantage

• Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 26.813,64 gross per year. Willingness to overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
• Duration: 12 months with the option of conversion to permanent employment subject to excellent performance
• 38,5 hours per week, minimum is 30 hours
