To enhance our Corporate Purchasing, Logistics & Supply Chain department at our Vienna site, we are looking for a dedicated Assistant & PMO Support (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible on a part-time or full-time basis (min. 30 hours weekly). In this position you will work as a team assistant for the Corporate Purchasing group function and provide strategic support to the Project Management Office (PMO) in important purchasing programs and projects:

Your tasks 

  • Preparation and continuous update of project schedules  
  • Monitoring project progress in terms of time, budget, and risks 
  • Assist with regular project reporting (e.g. KPIs, status updates) 
  • Assisting in the preparation of meetings 
  • Participation in internal meetings and preparation of minutes (in the context of project work and department-specific meetings) 
  • Assistance and first point of contact for scheduling, calendar management and travel arrangements for the Corporate Purchasing, Logistics & Supply Chain team 

Your profile 

  • Completed commercial education 
  • Relevant professional experience in an assistant or PMO support function  
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English (business fluent) 
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook/Calendar, PowerPoint and Excel), initial experience with PMO tools (e.g. Asana) would be an advantage 
  • Communicative and solution-oriented personality  
  • Team player with strong collaborative skills and a “can-do” attitude 
  • Structured and result-oriented way of working with high quality standards
