General conditions of participation
Raffle "Märchensommer" CD until 16.09.2020
Any person of legal age resident in Austria is eligible to participate, with the exception of employees of AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG. The raffle will be held in camera. No correspondence can be entered into regarding the lottery. The prizes cannot be redeemed in cash. Each participant agrees that his/her personal data will be stored and used by AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG for marketing and advertising purposes.
Any further distribution of prizes requires the prior written consent of AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG. The right to take legal action is excluded. Winners may be published with their names and, if applicable, pictures and sound in media or radio programmes. Any taxes or duties in connection with the competition shall be borne exclusively by the winner.
AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG assumes no liability whatsoever for technical defects, faulty data transmissions or certain properties or a certain usability of the prizes provided.
Unclaimed prizes will expire, unless they become worthless earlier by their nature (e.g. vacation weekend), without entitlement to compensation 20 days after notification of the prize. The profit notification may be made by post, e-mail or telephone, at the discretion of AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG, and shall be deemed to have been made upon dispatch. The winner bears the access risk. The provision of incorrect data in the course of registration for the prize draw may lead to exclusion from the competition.
