Thermoplastic starch is made from biodegradable and renewable material which is designed to be incorporated into polymers to produce compounds.

AGENACOMP® is a compound, which combines thermoplastic starch with a biodegradable polymer that can be implemented in an existing set-up. It has excellent mechanical properties regarding flexibility and formability and is home-compostable. AGENACOMP® can be tailored to meet the specific requirements of different applications, such as flexible packaging films, mulch films, or 3D-printing.
