Fruit Sweeteners are produced from a product-friendly filtration process, which come from concentrated fruit juices (apple, pear or grape). According to the respective requirements fruit acids and color are withdrawn. This ensures the preservation of the natural sweetness and the composition of the fruit as a concentrate.
