This combination of work and training optimally prepares them for their future positions within the company. In addition, they also have the chance to ideally develop their personal expertise and skills in order to subsequently play a role in shaping the future of AGRANA.
Our trainee programs start at regular intervals, depending on the needs of our business divisions and the various specialist departments. New trainee programs are announced directly on our website under the section on current vacancies as soon as the program starts. We therefore advise you to keep an eye on our current vacancies or, in the meantime, to apply for an internship or directly for one of the vacant positions.
This certification involved assessing whether the trainee program complied with the defined requirements (academic degree, job rotation, a fair salary and talent promotion). Our trainee programs included an in-depth concept within HR and the relevant specialist departments during the course of which the best qualified trainees were selected on the basis of an assessment centre. Our trainee programs also include internal mentoring with AGRANA mentors, project work, job rotations within the AGRANA group and intensive training modules. Our past trainee programs started with a joint kick-off event at which the trainees had an opportunity to meet members of AGRANA’s Management Board and various general managers.
