Remuneration Report 2023|24
The present Remuneration Report, prepared by the Management Board and Supervisory Board of AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG (AGRANA) in accordance with § 78c of the Austrian Stock Corporation Act (AktG), comprises an overview of the remuneration granted or owed to current and former members of the Management Board and members of the Supervisory Board of AGRANA in the 2023|24 financial year, including all benefits in any form.
