Due to its high digestibility (70 - 80 %) and a relatively high proportion of raw fibre, this is ideal as a feedstuff for ruminants. Corn gluten also helps prevent ruminal acidosis. Due to the excellent stability of the starches and the protein components, in addition to its role as a source of protein and energy, corn gluten is ideally suited as a feedmix supplement not only for dairy cows and beef cattle but also for all other livestock species.
