Potato protein

Potato protein is produced while extracting potato starch at AGRANA’s starch mill in Gmünd. This is one of the most highly-valued, protein-rich animal feeds available and contains both an excellent blend and high concentrations of amino acids, particularly lysine and methionine.

Potato starch is comparable with other top sources of protein such as fish meal and milk powder. It is suitable for all forms of livestock and can be used to partially or completely substitute protein-rich feedstuffs. Due to the high protein digestibility (95 %), potato protein is particularly suitable for the nutrition of young animals.

Potato protein is available in conventional and organic.
