In infant formula, whole milk powder or skimmed milk powder forms the base, depending on the intended fat profile. Demineralized whey, lactose and vegetable oils complete the composition to meet WHO Codex and EU 2016/127.
In follow-on formula, the protein and carbohydrate balance shifts with the targeted age. Skimmed milk powder combined with selected oils lets the fat come from the vegetable side rather than the dairy base.
In toddler drinks, the same dry ingredient system covers organic, conventional and A2 setups. Maltodextrin and starch adjust the carbohydrate profile for the age group.
