In infant formula, full cream goat milk powder serves as the protein and fat base, combined with lactose, maltodextrin and vegetable oils to meet WHO Codex and EU 2016/127 composition requirements.
In follow-on formula, the oil and carbohydrate balance shifts with the stage. Different oil combinations adjust the fatty acid profile without changing the goat milk base.
