What did you like most about the AGRANA trainee program?
The trainee program at AGRANA was a great in-house training for me. I especially liked that every trainee got their own experienced mentor, from whom one can learn greatly. As a trainee, I was able to gain insight into different business areas and was involved in the respective processes and procedures. I gained a wealth of knowledge in all divisions from AGRANA . Thanks to the opportunity to work in many areas, I could establish a network within AGRANA as well as outside of it.
What experiences and development opportunities did you gain during the program?
During my time as a trainee I was able develop my personal and professional skills through varied tasks. During the 15 month program, I had the opportunity to work in the United States and Romania, which helped to further develop my intercultural skills.
Would you recommend the AGRANA trainee program to others?
I heartily recommend the AGRANA-trainee program to everyone; it was an intensive and instructive time, which properly prepared me for my future career at AGRANA.
