AGRANA Beteiligungs-Aktiengesellschaft (FN 99489h) ("AGRANA") hereby announces that following two increases of its share capital in February 2017 in cash, namely first from EUR 103,210,249.78 by EUR 9,568,977.42 to EUR 112,779,227.20 and subsequently from EUR 112,779,227.20 by EUR 752,047.56 to EUR 113,531,274.76, about which AGRANA has informed on February 1, 2017 and on February 17, 2017, the total number of voting rights amounts to 15,622,244 by the end of February 2017. The stated capital by the end of February 2017 amounts to EUR 113,531,274.76.
