Today’s Annual General Meeting of AGRANA Beteiligungs-Aktiengesellschaft approved the payment of a EUR 1.95 dividend per share, which reflects the prior year distribution.

The newly elected members of the Supervisory Board are Theo Spettmann, Speaker of the Managing Board of Südzucker Aktiengesellschaft Mannheim/Ochsenfurt, and Ernst Karpfinger, Chairman of “DIE RÜBENBAUERN”.

The Supervisory Board consists of the following members:

Erwin Hameseder (Vice-Chairman)
Ludwig Eidmann
Hans-Jörg Gebhard
Ernst Karpfinger
Theo Spettmann
